做法:

將菜脯、四季豆、紅椒及瘦肉切粒
2.
菜脯、四季豆及瘦肉汆水備用
3.
燒熱鑊落油,爆香蒜頭
4.
下柱候醬和花椒粉
5.
放入全部材料,炒勻即成
Stir-Fried Diced Pork with Dried Radish and Snap Bean
Ingredients:
6 Dried Radishes
300g Snap Beans
4 Taels Lean Pork
1 Red Chili Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic
Seasoning:
1 tbsp Chu Hou Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Sichuan Pepper Powder
Step:
1.
Dice dried radish, snap bean, red chili pepper and lean pork.
2.
Blanch dried radish, snap bean and lean pork in boiling water. Set aside.
3.
Heat the pan with oil. Saute garlic until fragrant.
4.
Add Chu Hou sauce and Sichuan pepper powder.
5.
Add in all ingredients, stir well.
