【三餸一湯】豆乾炒免治肉碎

豆類15-30分鐘豬肉食譜蔬菜

材料:
豆乾 4塊
百頁豆腐 1件
免治豬肉 1盒
粟米芯 4-5條
蒜 少許
辣椒 1條
葱 適量

調味料:
雞粉 1茶匙
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 1茶匙
老抽 1湯匙

做法:
1.
蒜頭切碎、辣椒切粒、葱切粒,備用。
2.
豆乾切條,百頁豆腐切件,粟米芯切半,備用。
3.
燒熱鑊,放免治豬肉炒至散開,然後加少許油,再加蒜粒及辣椒粒炒勻。
4.
加入豆乾、百頁豆腐及粟米芯炒勻,加入雞粉、鹽、胡椒粉及老抽炒勻至豬肉熟透。
5.
最後撒上葱粒即可。

Fried Dried tofu and Minced Pork

Ingredients:
Dried tofu 4 pcs
Shutter bean curd 1 pc
Minced pork 1 box
Corncobs 4-5 pcs
Garlic little
Red chili 1 pc
Spring onion some

Seasoning:
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
White pepper 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1tbsp

Steps:
1. Chop garlic, red chili and spring onion, set aside.
2. Slice dried tofu, shutter bean curd cut into pieces, corncobs cut in half, set aside.
3. Heat the pan, stir-fry the minced pork until it spreads out, add some oil, and then stir-fry garlic and red chili.
4. Add dried tofu, shutter bean curd and corncobs and stir well. Season chicken powder, salt, white pepper and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
5. Sprinkle spring onion finally.
