材料:
鮮魷魚 2隻
粉絲 1扎
蒜茸 2湯匙
薑絲 2片
調味料:
蝦醬 1.5茶匙
糖 1茶匙
紹興酒 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法:
1. 粉絲浸軟備用。
2. 魷魚洗淨去衣,魷魚身切成圈。
3. 加入調味料拌勻。
4. 將粉絲置深碟中,加魷魚、蒜茸、薑絲。
5. 隔水蒸6-8分鐘,完成。

1 small pack bean vermicelli
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 ginger slices (cut into thin shred)
Seasonings:
1.5 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp corn starch
Steps:
1. Soak bean vermicelli until tender.
2. Rinse squid. Remove outer membrane. Cut squid body into circles.
3. Mixed with seasonings.
4. Place bean vermicelli in a plate. Place squid, garlic and ginger on top.
5. Steam over boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Done.
