材料:
豆卜 5個
豬肉 250克
薑絲 少許
醃料:
南乳 1磚
糖 1茶匙
料酒 1湯匙
生粉 1茶匙
水 適量
油 適量
做法:
1. 豆卜切開,豬肉切片。
2. 將南乳、糖、料酒、水、生粉、油與肉片混合。醃10分鐘。
3. 豆卜和肉片放在碟上,加薑絲大火蒸15分鐘,完成。
Steamed Pork Slice with Tofu Puff
Ingredients:
Tofu Puff 5 pcs
Pork 250 g
Little Shredded Gingers
Marinade:
Fermented Red Beancurd 1 pc
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Some Oil
Some Water
Steps:
1. Cut tofu puff into half and slice pork.
2. Mix fermented red beancurd, sugar, cooking wine, water, corn starch, oil and sliced pork. Marinade for 10 mins.
3. Place tofu puff and sliced pork on a plate. Put shredded ginger over and steam for 15 minutes.
