材料:
蓮藕 1條
雪梨 2個
粟米 1條
雞腳 200克
南北杏 20克
步驟:
1.南北杏浸水,蓮藕洗淨後切件,雪梨去芯切件,粟米切件。
2.雞腳洗淨後汆水,再次洗淨。
3.將所有材料放入滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲1.5小時。
Lotus Root, Pear and Chicken Paw Soup
Ingredients:
Lotus root 1 pc
Pear 2 pcs
Corn 1 pc
Chicken paw 200g
Apricot kernel 20g
Steps:
1.Soak apricot kernel, cut lotus root in chunk after wash, cored pear and cut into pieces, cut corn in chunk.
2.Blanch chicken paw after wash then wash again.
3.Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 1.5 hours with low heat.
