【三餸一湯】粟米牛奶雞湯

食譜蔬菜雞肉湯水30-60分鐘

材料:
粟米 1條
雞髀 2隻
牛奶 200毫升
水 3公升
鹽 適量

做法:
1.粟米切小段。雞髀洗淨抹乾水。
2.水滾後,放入雞髀及粟米段,加蓋煮30分鐘。
3.倒入牛奶拌勻,加蓋煮15分鐘,以鹽調味,即成。

Corn Soup with Milk
Ingredients:
1 corn
2 chicken legs (large)
200ml milk
3 litres water
Some Salt

Steps:
1.Cut the corn into small pieces. Wash the chicken legs and wipe dry.
2.Heat water to boil. Add the chicken legs and sectioned corn. Cover with lid and cook for 30 minutes.
3.Pour in the milk and mix well. Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt. Ready to serve.

雞髀放入滾水中。
