1. 雞翼印乾水分,將鹽、黑椒加入雞翼,醃15分鐘。

Black truffle sauce 1 tablespoon
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Wipe chicken wing with kitchen paper, put salt and black pepper into chicken wing, marinate 15 mins.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, pan fry chicken wing until well done, then take out.
4. Put the butter into the same pan, stir fry garlic.
5. Put in chicken wing and stir fry until mix well.
6. Off the heat and put in black truffle sauce, finally stir fry until mix well.
