【三餸一湯】黑椒牛肉粟米

牛肉食譜蔬菜15-30分鐘

材料:
牛肉片 200克
粟米 1條
牛油 10克
洋葱 1/4個
醬汁:
黑椒 1茶匙
小青椒 半個
紅椒 少許
蒜頭 1瓣
燒肉汁 3湯匙
水 2湯匙

做法:
1.洋葱、紅椒和青椒切絲,蒜頭切碎,粟米起粒,牛肉片切半。
2.燒熱油,爆香洋葱,盛起。另起鑊,燒熱油,爆香蒜頭和青紅椒,倒入燒肉汁,加黑椒和水2湯匙,煮滾成黑椒醬汁,盛起備用。
3.燒熱油,炒牛肉片,加入3湯匙醬汁,炒熟先盛起。原鑊炒熟粟米,盛起。
4.取一鐵鍋上碟,先放炒洋葱墊底,沿邊放上炒牛肉片,中間放粟米,牛肉淋上醬汁,撒葱花和黑椒,再在粟米上放牛油。

Beef and sweet corn with black pepper
Ingredients:
Sliced Beef 200g
Sweet corn 1 pc
Butter 10g
Onion ¼ pc
Sauce:
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Little green pepper ½ pc
Red pepper Little
Garlic 1 clove
Japanese BBQ sauce 3 Tablespoons
Water 2 Tablespoons
Steps:
1.Cut onion, red pepper and green pepper in strips. Shred garlic. Peel sweet corn. Cut beef slice in half.
2.Heat the oil, pan fry onion, garlic and peppers. Then put in Japanese BBQ Sauce and black pepper. Stir with 2 Tablespoons of water. Boil the sauce.
3.Heat the oil, pan fry beef. Then put in 3 Tablespoons of sauce. Take out the beef first. Pan fry sweet corn.
4.Take an iron pan to serve. Put onion first, then put in sliced beef. Put sweet corn in the middle of pan. Pour sauce on beef. Put on green onion, sprinkle black pepper. Put butter on sweet corn.
