彩椒 少許
生粉 少許

醬汁:
橙汁 100ml
生粉水 2湯匙

做法:

彩椒切件。

虎蝦剝殼去頭、尾。在蝦背上𠝹一刀,將腸除去洗淨。
3.
蝦加鹽、糖、雞蛋、胡椒粉、生粉撈勻。
4.
蝦表面沾上一層薄薄的生粉。
5.
起油鍋, 放入蝦炸至金黃色。
6.
另起一熱鑊,炒一炒彩椒,倒入橙汁煮滾,加少許生粉水勾芡後轉小火,虎蝦回鑊炒勻。
Deep-Fried Prawn Ball with Orange Sauce
Ingredients:
Tiger Prawn 8 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Little Corn Starch
Some Salt
Some Salt
Little White Pepper
Sauce:
Orange Juice 100 ml
Little Mixed Bell Peppers
Corn Starch Water 2 tbsp
Steps:
1. Cut bell pepper into pieces.
2. Peel tiger prawn, remove head and tail. Slice at the back of the prawn, and then devein and wash it clean.
3. Add salt, sugar, egg, white pepper and cornstarch into prawn. Mix well.
4. The prawn coat a thin layer with cornstarch.
5. Heat the wok with oil, deep-fry prawns till turn golden brown in color.
6. Heat another wok, pour in the orange juice and bring to boil. Thicken up the sauce with cornstarch water, then turn to low hear. Add in prawns and stir-fry.
