三餸一湯|味噌煮白蘿蔔蒟蒻 Stewed White Radish and Konjac with Miso
食譜日本菜家常菜素食蔬菜炒煮15-30分鐘
1. 白蘿蔔去皮、切件;蒟蒻切片,中間切一刀,其中一端反轉成扭紋狀。
3. 燒熱米糠油,加入薑、蒜頭,炒至均勻,加入蒟蒻、白蘿蔔,炒3分鐘。
4. 加入水、日本醬油、味噌、清酒、黑糖,蓋上蓋,煮20分鐘。
Stewed White Radish and Konjac with Miso
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Black sugar 2 tablespoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Peel white radish then cut into pieces. Slice konjac, make a cut on konjac middle part, then reverse it.
2. Minced ginger. Minced garlic.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, put in ginger, garlic, stir fry until mix well, put in konjac, white radish, stir fry 3 mins.
4. Put in water, Japanese soy sauce, mirin, sake, black sugar, cover the lid and cook 20 mins.
5. Turn to high heat, put in miso and mix well.
