材料:
紅蘿蔔 2條
粟米 2條
猴頭菇 4個
瘦肉 200克
陳皮 1片
薑 2片
水 4公升
做法:
1. 猴頭菇浸軟洗淨
2. 陳皮用水浸軟,刮去果瓤
3. 紅蘿蔔去皮洗淨後切塊。粟米洗淨切件
4. 瘦肉汆水備用
5. 煲滾4公升水,放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘,轉慢火煲約2小時
6. 下少許鹽調味
Monkey head mushroom, sweet corn and Lean Pork Soup
Ingredients:
2 carrots
2 sweet corns
4 monkey head mushrooms
200g lean pork
1 piece dried tangerine peel
2 ginger slices
4L water
Steps:
1. Soak monkey head mushrooms in water and rinse well.
2. Soak dried tangerine peel in water until tender. Scrape off white pith.
3. Peel carrot and rinse, cut into pieces. Remove corn husk. Rinse and cut into big pieces.
4. Rinse the lean pork. Briefly scald with boiling water.
5. Boil water. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat for 30 minutes.
Adjust to low heat and boil for 2 hours.
6. Add a little salt.
