材料:

做法:

蘿蔔削皮,對切,切厚片。切蒜片。
2.
鯖魚一開四,撒胡椒粉和鹽醃味。燒熱油,魚皮朝底先煎,反轉煎另一面。

爆蒜頭和薑片,爆香蘿蔔,加入熱水至過面。加入所有醬汁材料,放入鯖魚,蓋上收中火燜20分鐘。
