材料:
茄子 2條
甘筍 1條
牛油果 半個
豬絞肉 100克
鹽 少許
豉油 1湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
黑胡椒 少許
油 2湯匙
做法:
1.茄子切件;甘筍刨皮切件;牛油果開半,去核後,切粒去皮。
2.燒熱鑊下油,煎烤方式處理茄子、甘筍及牛油果,撒上鹽調味,盛起備用。
3.下豬絞肉炒至慢慢變色,下豉油、味醂及米酒調味並炒香。
4.將蔬菜回鑊再迅速炒一下,上碟撒上黑胡椒即可。
Stir fry Eggplant with Avocado and Ground Pork
Ingredients:
Eggplant 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Avocado 1/2 pc
Ground Pork 100 g
Salt pinch
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Rice Wine 1 tbsp
Black pepper little
Oil 2 tbsp
Methods:
1.Dice the eggplant. Shave and dice a carrot. Divide avocado into halves, peel and dice.
2.Heat the wok with some oil, pan fry the carrot, eggplant and avocado, season with salt, and set aside.
3.Sauté the pork meat until the color change, season with soy sauce, mirin and rice wine.
4.Add back the vegetables and stir fry, Sprinkle black pepper and Serve.
