材料:

牛蒡 半條
豬肉片 120克
薑 1片

清湯 1公升
調味:
鹽 少許
糖 少許
米酒 1湯匙
做法:
1.水中加白醋,牛蒡削皮,切薄片,浸泡醋水中防變色。薑切絲,切葱花。番茄切塊。
2.燒熱油,爆薑絲,加入肉片爆炒。再加入番茄同炒。
3.加米酒和牛蒡。倒入清湯,上蓋收中細火煲45分鐘,加鹽和糖調味。加葱花。
Tomato and burdock soup
Ingredients:
Tomato 2 pcs
Burdock ½ pc
Sliced pork 120g
Ginger 1 pc
Green onion 1 pc
Chicken broth 1L

Steps:
1.Put white vinegar into water. Peel and slice burdock. Soak burdock in vinegar water. Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion. Cut tomato in wedge.
2.Heat the oil, pan fry ginger and pork. Then put in tomato and stir fry.
3.Put in cooking rice wine and burdock. Pour in chicken broth. Cover the lid and turn to mid-low heat and cook for 45 minutes. Season with salt and sugar. Put in green onion.
