2. 燒熱米糠油,炒香蒜頭,加入翠玉瓜,炒至均勻,然後取出。
4. 加入豆瓣醬、生抽、糖、老抽、粉絲、雞湯,蓋上蓋,煮3分鐘。
Braised Courgette, Vermicelli and Minced Pork
Chilli bean sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
Rice bran oil 5 tablespoons
1. Soak vermicelli. Cut courgette into pieces. Mince garlic.
2. Heat the rice bran oil, stir fry garlic, put in courgette and stir fry until mix well and take out.
3. Heat the same pan, put in minced pork and stir fry until mix well.
4. Put in chilli bean sauce, soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce, vermicelli and chicken soup, cover the lid and cook 3 mins.
5. Put in courgette and stir fry until mix well.
