材料:
冬瓜半斤
粟米1條
黃豆芽4兩
葱2條
薑2片
做法:
1.
薑切絲,切葱花,粟米切段。冬瓜切大塊,去籽和皮後,再切成細塊。

白鑊炒黃豆芽至豆芽變軟身,盛起。
3.
另煲1公升滾水,加入薑絲、豆芽、冬瓜和粟米,看水量再加熱水至過面,蓋上煲45分鐘。加葱花,下鹽調味。
winter melon, sweet corn and sprout soup
Ingredients:
winter melon ½ catty
Sweet corn 1 pc
Soy bean sprout 4 taels
Green onion 2 pcs
Ginger 2 slices
Steps:
1.
Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion. Cut sweet corn in segments. Cut winter melon in chunk, then pick out seeds and skin. Cut winter melon in small pieces.
2.
Stir fry sprout without oil until the sprout get soft. Pick them up.
3.
Put ginger in boiling water, then put in sprout, winter melon and sweet corn. Pour hot water in pot, cover the lid and cook for 45 minutes. Put in green onion and salt.
