Yellow Cucumber, Burdock and Salted Pork Bone Soup
Coarse salt 5 tablespoons
1. Use coarse salt marinate 24 hours.
2. Cut yellow cucumber into two pieces and deseed, then cut into pieces.
3. Cut corn into pieces. Peel burdock and slice. Cut dried fig into two pieces.
4. Wash away pork bone salt, then blanch and wash.
