材料:
蓮藕10両
尖長紅椒半隻
薑2片
調味料:
蝦醬1湯匙
糖半茶匙
麻油半茶匙
胡椒粉少許
料酒半湯匙
做法:
1.
蓮藕去皮切片
2.
燒熱鑊落油,放入薑片
3.
小火下蝦醬和藕片,炒1分鐘
4.
加胡椒粉、麻油及糖,炒半分鐘
5.
灒酒,下紅椒絲即成
Stir-Fried Lotus Root
Ingredients:
10 Taels Lotus Root
½ Red Chili Pepper
2 Slices Ginger
Seasoning:
1 tbsp Shrimp Sauce
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Sesame Oil
Pinch of Ground Pepper
½ tbsp Cooking Wine
Step:
1.
Peel and slice lotus root.
2.
Heat the pan with oil, add ginger slices.
3.
Switch to low heat, add shrimp sauce and sliced lotus roots and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4.
Add ground pepper, sesame oil and sugar. Stir-fry for half a minute.
5.
Sizzle in wine and add red chili pepper.
