4. 將所有材料(除了杞子)加入滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲2小時。
Peach Gum, Red Jujube and Silky Fowl Soup
1. Soak peach gum 24 hours and remove impurity.
2. Soak pilose asiabell root, common yam rhizome, dried longan pulp. Soak dried wolfberries.
3. Cut red jujube into two pieces. Blanch silky fowl and wash.
4. Put all ingredients into boiling water (except dried wolfberries), cover the lid, cook 2 hours with low heat.
5. Put in dried wolfberries, cook 20 mins with low heat.
