沙茶醬 1湯匙
做法:
1. 椰菜花切好。
2. 爆香蒜茸和沙茶醬。
3. 放回椰菜花炒勻。
4. 放鹽、糖、水,椰菜花炒至軟身。
5. 放葱花炒勻,完成。
Stir-Fried Cauliflower with Sa Cha Sauce
Ingredients:
Cauliflower
½ pc
Minced Garlic
2 tsp
Chopped Spring Onion
1 tbsp
Seasonings:
Sa Cha Sauce
1 tbsp
Some Salt
Some Sugar
Some Water
Steps:
1. Chop cauliflower.
2. Sauté minced garlic and Sa Cha sauce until fragrant.
3. Put in cauliflower and stir-fry.
4. Add in salt, sugar and water. Stir-fry cauliflower till soften.
5. Add in chopped spring onion and stir-fry.
