做法:
1. 拍扁豆豉及切碎蒜頭。
2. 南瓜連皮切大件。

3. 排骨加醃料醃好。
4. 加蒜頭及豆豉伴勻。

做法:
1. Crush fermented black beans and mince garlic.
2. Cut pumpkin with skin into big pieces. (TIPS: Keep the skin of pumpkin as it has a high nutritional value and helps to keep its shape. You can remove the skin if you do not like it.)

3.Marinate pork spare ribs with seasonings.
