【三餸一湯】蓮藕蝦米煎肉餅 Pan Fried Minced Pork Patty with Lotus Root and Dried Shrimps
粵菜豬肉蝦蔬菜煎家常菜15-30分鐘食譜
1. 蓮藕去皮,切粒後攪碎,取出;蝦米洗淨後切碎。
2. 將生抽、紹興酒、生粉、糖加入免治豬肉,用手拍打至均勻。
Pan Fried Minced Pork Patty with Lotus Root and Dried Shrimps
Shao xing wine 2 teaspoons
1. Peel lotus root, crush after dice, then take out. Dice dried shrimps after wash.
2. Put soy sauce, Shao xing wine, cornstarch and sugar into minced pork, slapping with hand until mix well.
3. Put in lotus root and dried shrimps, mix well and round like a cake.
4. Heat the oil, put in lotus root minced pork patty, pan fry with low heat until well done.
將生抽、紹酒、生粉、糖與免治豬肉混合,用手拍打和拌勻。
