【三餸一湯】木瓜蝦米沙律

食譜蔬菜水果豆類泰國菜涼拌15-30分鐘

材料:

青木瓜 1個
蒜茸 1茶匙
辣椒 2隻
青檸 1個
蝦米 1湯匙
豆角 4條
車厘茄 10粒
炸花生 2湯匙

調味料 :

糖 1湯匙
魚露 2湯匙

做法:

1.
木瓜去皮切絲,豆角切段,車厘茄開邊,辣椒切粒
2.
蝦米加油爆香備用
3.
青檸開邊榨汁。將炸花生、辣椒及蝦米壓碎
4.
豆角灼熟備用
5.
放入木瓜絲、車厘茄及豆角於碗中拌勻成沙律
6.
另外,將青檸汁、糖、魚露、辣椒、花生、蝦米及蒜茸混合成醬汁,淋上木瓜沙律上撈勻即成

Papaya and Dried Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

Green Papaya 1 pc
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Chili Pepper 2 pcs
Lime 1 pc
Dried Shrimps 1 tbsp
Long Beans 4 pcs
Cherry Tomatoes 10 pcs
Fried Peanuts 2 tbsp

Seasonings:

Sugar 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp

Steps:
1.Peel and shred papaya, cut long beans into sections, cut cherry tomatoes into halves and chop chili pepper.
2. Cut lime in halves and squeeze juice out. Crush fried peanuts, chili pepper and dried shrimps.
3. Boil long beans. Set aside.
4. Add oil and sauté the dried shrimps. Set aside.
5. Add in shredded papaya, cherry tomatoes and long beans into the bowl.
6. Mix lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, chili pepper, peanut, dried shrimp and minced garlic. Pour it over and mix well. Done
