Stir fried Shrimp and Kimchi
Korean hot pepper paste 1 tablespoon
1. Cut onion into strips, dice garlic, mince kimchi.
2. Cut shrimp antennae and feet and remove devein.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry garlic, put in onion.
4. Put in Korean hot pepper paste, fish sauce, sugar and a little water, cover the lid and cook 1 min.
5. Put in shrimp and fry until half cook, then put in kimchi, fry until mix and well done.
