材料:
絲瓜 1個
火腿 2塊
蒜茸 2湯匙
生油 2湯匙
生抽 適量
做法:
1. 火腿切碎
2. 絲瓜去皮,切成打直切半再切段,排在碟中
3. 鋪上火腿蓉,隔滾水蒸約15分鐘
4. 鍋下油燒熱爆香蒜茸,拌入生抽,淋上已蒸好的絲瓜
Ingredients:
1 angled loofah
2 ham slices
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp oil
To serve soy sauce
Steps:
1. Finely dice ham slices.
2. Discard stem and hard edges of angled loofah. Cut angled loofah into half then into section s. Place on plate and spread ham.
3. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes.
4. Heat oil, add minced garlic and soy sauce. Drizzle on the top of angled loofah.
