材料:
芥蘭 600克
臘腸及臘肉 各50克
調味料:
薑汁 2茶匙
米酒 2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
做法:
芥蘭洗淨,摘去老硬部分;
白鑊爆香臘味,盛起備用
下芥蘭爆炒,下薑汁、鹽、米酒及糖
臘味回鑊,炒勻即成

50g preserved meat (sliced)
50g preserved sausage (sliced)
Seasonings
2 tsp ginger juice
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Steps
Rinse kale.
Peel off old and hard parts, set aside.
Stir fry preserved meat and sausage without oil. Dish up.
Stir-fry kale. Add ginger juice, salt, rice wine and sugar.
Add preserved meat and preserved sausage. Stir well. Done.
