【三餸一湯】鬼馬蒸水蛋

食譜雞蛋素食港式30-60分鐘

油條1條
雞蛋 2隻
水150毫升
葱花適量

做法:
1.油條切件,把油條平均地放在碟上。
2.打勻雞蛋,加水拌勻,用小匙把表面的泡泡移走,令水蛋表面更光滑。倒入蛋液於碟內。
3.水滾後,放入鬼馬水蛋,加蓋以中火隔水蒸2分鐘,熄火,再焗20分鐘,盛起。
4.最後以葱花裝飾,即成。吃的時候可淋上豉油或熟油。


Ingredients:
1 fried bread stick
2 eggs
150ml of water
spring onion

Steps:
1.Cut fried bread sticks and place them evenly on a dish.
2.Whisk eggs, mix with water; remove bubbles with a spoon to smoothen the steamed egg’s surface. Pour egg mixture into dish.
3.When the water boils, steam eggs with the lid on in medium heat for 2 mins. Turn off heat and keep the lid on for 20 more mins then serve.
4.Decorate with chopped spring onion. Drizzle in soy sauce or cooked oil when serve (optional).
