【三餸一湯】墨魚膠蛋角

食譜雞蛋海鮮15分鐘以下

材料:
雞蛋 5-6隻
墨魚膠 約1碗
芫荽 少許
葱粒 少許
麻油 少許
鹽 少許
生抽 少許
胡椒粉 少許

做法:
1.把芫荽切幼。
2.把墨魚膠放入大碗,下雞蛋、葱粒、芫荽、胡椒粉、生抽、鹽、麻油攪勻。
3.下油,注入一小勺蛋液,當蛋開始凝固,把一半蛋覆蓋向另一邊。反轉,煎至金黄,略壓及取出。
4.重複注入蛋液,覆蓋一半,反轉,輕壓,直至煎完,上碟。

Egg and cuttlefish paste omelette
Ingredients:
Eggs 5-6 pcs
Cuttlefish paste around 1 bowl
Coriander little
Chopped spring onion little
Sesame seed oil little
Salt little
Light soy sauce little
Ground white pepper little

Steps:
1.Finely chop the coriander.
2.Put cuttlefish paste in a bowl. Add eggs, chopped spring onion and coriander. Season with ground white pepper, light soy sauce, salt and sesame seed oil, mix well.
3.Heat oil, scoop a little bit egg mixture into a pan. When the edges of the egg are set, fold gently in half with the spatula. Flip, continue to fry until golden brown. Gently press for a second, take out.
4.Repeat pouring egg mixture into the pan, fold gently in half with the spatula. Flip, fry the remaining. Serve hot.
