【三餸一湯】麻婆肉醬炸芋條

食譜蔬菜豬肉15-30分鐘

材料:
豬肉碎 約$20
芋頭 1/4個
薑 20克
蒜頭 20克
豆瓣醬 1湯匙
辣椒醬 1茶匙
生抽 2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
生粉 1茶匙

步驟:
1.將生抽、生粉、糖、水及胡椒粉加入豬肉碎,醃15分鐘。
2.芋頭去皮及切條;薑、蒜頭切粒。
3.燒熱油,以中火炸芋頭至金黃色,取出,瀝乾油分。
4.燒熱油,加入豬肉碎炒至金黃色,加入薑、蒜頭炒至均勻。
5.加入豆瓣醬、辣椒醬、生抽、糖和少許水,炒至均勻。
6.將豬肉碎上碟,加入芋頭即成。

Mapo Minced Lean Deep fried Taro

Ingredients:
Minced lean around $20
Taro 1/4 pc
Ginger 20g
Garlic 20g
Chili bean sauce 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Pepper little
Cornstarch 1 teaspoon

Steps:
1.Put soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, water and pepper into minced lean, marinate 15 mins.
2.Peel taro and cut into strips, dice ginger and garlic.
3.Heat the oil, deep fry taro until golden brown with mid-heat, take out and drain oil.
4.Heat the oil, put in minced lean and stir-fry until golden brown, put in ginger and garlic, stir-fry and mix well.
5.Put in chili bean sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and a little water, stir fry and mix well.
6.Put minced lean on the plate, put in taro.

豬肉碎加入醃料增味,拌勻醃15分鐘。
