1. 腐皮剪開;墨魚去骨、去內臟、撕走之外層、切塊;墨魚鬚切粒。

1. Cut bean curd sheet into pieces. Remove cuttlefish bone and innards, rip the layer and cut into pieces. Dice cuttlefish whiskers.
2. Put cuttlefish, lard, salt and ice into blender and mix well.
3. Put in sugar, cornstarch, pepper, oil and mix well then take out.
4. Put in corn, cuttlefish whiskers and mix well.
5. Use bean curd sheet to roll it.
6. Heat the oil, put in cuttlefish roll, deep fry until well done with mid heat.
