【三餸一湯】杞子蟲草花浸番薯苗

食譜素食蔬菜15分鐘以下

材料:
番薯苗 250克
杞子 1湯匙
蟲草花 2湯匙
蒜頭 2粒
清湯 1杯
鹽 少許
糖 少許
做法:
1.蟲草花和杞子浸水。番薯苗切去底部,切段。蒜頭切片。
2.燒熱油,爆香蒜片。倒入清湯和蟲草花連水,加鹽和糖。
3.煮滾湯,加入番薯苗和杞子。


Wolfberry, Cordyceps flower and sweet potato leaves
Ingredients:
Sweet potato leaves 250g
Wolfberry 1 Tablespoon
Cordyceps flower 2 Tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Chicken broth 1 Cup
Salt Little
Sugar Little
Steps:
1.Soak Cordyceps flower and wolfberry. Cut the base of sweet potato leaves, then cut in pieces. Slice garlic.
2.Heat the oil, pan fry garlic. Put in chicken broth, Cordyceps flower and water. Season with salt and sugar.
3.Boil the chicken broth, put in sweet potato leaves and wolfberry.
