【三餸一湯】番茄雞髀菇炒滑蛋

食譜雞蛋蔬菜水果粵菜30-60分鐘

材料:
番茄2個
雞髀菇150克
雞蛋4隻
葱1棵(切粒)

調味料
鹽少許

做法:
雞髀菇洗淨,切薄片
番茄去蒂,洗淨,切小件
雞蛋拂勻加少許鹽調味
燒熱3湯匙油
下番茄件炒至出水
再加雞髀菇炒至熟
拌入蛋液以大火快手推至凝固
離火,下葱粒,完成

Tomato and King Oyster Mushroom and Scrambled Egg
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
150g king oyster mushroom
4 eggs
1 stalk spring onion

Seasonings:
Some salt

Steps:
Rinse mushroom and slice thinly.
Discard tomato stems.
Beat eggs and season with some salt.
Heat 3 tbsp oil.
Stir fry tomato until sweated.
Add king oyster mushroom. Stir fry until done.
Add beaten egg. Stir swiftly until egg in set.
Remove from heat. Add spring onion. Done.
