材料:

乾百合 20克
南北杏 10克
淮山 20克
步驟:
1.乾百合、南北杏、淮山浸水。
2.瘦肉洗淨後切件、汆水,再次洗淨。

Apricot kernel 10g
Common yan rhizome 20g
Steps:
