【三餸一湯】冬菇蟲草花蒸雞

冬菇蟲草花蒸雞

材料:
雞 半隻
冬菇 8-10隻
蟲草花 適量

醃料:
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
酒 2湯匙
胡椒粉 適量
麻油 少許
薑 兩片

做法:
1.冬菇浸軟, 蟲草花洗淨。
2.雞切件, 加鹽、糖、酒、胡椒粉、麻油及薑醃半小時。
3.將雞、蟲草花、冬菇平鋪在碟上。蒸20分鐘。

Steamed Chicken with Shiitake Mushroom and Cordyceps Flower
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ pc
Shiitake Mushroom 8-10 pcs
Some Cordyceps Flowers

Marinade:
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Wine 2 tbsp
Some White Pepper
Little Sesame Oil
Ginger 2 slices

Steps:
1. Soak and soften the shiitake mushroom in water. Soak and soften cordyceps flower.
2. Chop chicken into pieces, then add salt, sugar, wine, white pepper and sesame oil, marinate it for 30 minutes.
3. Put chicken, cordyceps flower and shiitake mushroom on a plate, then steam for 20 minutes. Done.
