材料:

辣椒油沙甸魚 2罐
紅椒 2條
麵包糠 3湯匙
調味料:
鹽 少許
黑椒 少許
糖 少許
做法:
1.紅椒切粒。沙甸魚切塊。
2.燒熱油,小火炒香麵包糠至金黃,加入調味料拌勻,盛起,備用。
3.燒熱鑊,下少許沙甸魚辣油,爆炒紅椒粒、沙甸魚及沙律菜,炒約3分鐘,灑上麵包糠,即可。
Fried Salad Vegetable with Spicy Sardine
Ingredients:
Salad vegetable 2 pcs
Spicy sardines 2 cans
Red pepper 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
Seasoning:
Salt Little
Black pepper Little
Sugar Little
Steps:
1.Dice red pepper. Cut the sardines to pieces .
2.Heat the oil. Stir-fry breadcrumbs with low heat until golden. Add salt, black pepper and sugar. Mix well and take out.
3.Heat the wok. Put in a little spicy sardine oil. Stir-fry red pepper, sardine and vegetable. Cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs.
