做法:
1. 把青紅蘿蔔去皮,切件。
2. 分開羅漢果。
3. 下南北杏、羅漢果及青紅蘿蔔。
4. 蓋上,煲2小時。熄火,把湯盛上。
Green and red carrot soup with monk fruit
Ingredients:
1 each Green and red carrot
1 pc Monk fruit
Some Chinese almond
Steps:
1.Peel off red and green carrot, cut into pieces.
2. Break the monk fruit.
3. Add Chinese almond, monk fruit, red and green carrots.
4. Cover the lid, boil for about 2 hours. Off heat, serve hot.
