食譜粵菜家常菜豬肉蒸15-30分鐘
2. 肉排洗淨和瀝乾,加入所有醃料拌勻,略醃30分鐘,置於碟上。
3. 鑊內燒開水,滾水放進肉排,隔水蒸12分鐘,即成。

Sweet wine fermented bean curd 2 pcs
Minced ginger 2 teaspoons
Brown sugar 1 ½ tablespoons
Light soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Shaoxing wine 1 tablespoon
1. Mince the garlic and ginger then set aside.
2. Clean and drain the pork ribs. Mix well with all marinade ingredients and marinate for 30 mins and place them on a plate.
3. Bring water to boil in wok. Put the ribs in and steam for 12 mins.
