【三餸一湯】青椒炒杏鮑菇

材料:
青椒 1個
杏鮑菇(大) 1條
蒜粒 1湯匙

調味料:
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙

做法:
1.蒜頭去皮,切小粒。青椒去籽及切頂部,切幼條。杏鮑菇切幼條。
2.下油,油滾,爆香蒜粒,加青椒條炒勻,煮至軟身,盛起。
3.加入杏鮑菇條,煮至軟身。放入青椒條炒勻,下調味料炒勻,上碟,完成。

Stir-fried Oyster mushroom and Green Bell Pepper
Ingredients :
1 green bell pepper
1 oyster mushroom (large)
1 tbsp minced garlic

Seasonings:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

Steps:
1.Peel the garlic and dice. Remove the top & seeds of green bell pepper and cut into small strips. Shred oyster mushroom.
2.Heat oil to boil. Saute the minced garlic. Add green bell pepper and stir well. Cook it until soft and tender. Dish up.
3.Add the oyster mushroom. Cook it until soft . Add the green bell pepper into the pan again. Add seasonings and stir well. Dish up and ready to serve.
