【三餸一湯】絲瓜魚片湯

材料:
絲瓜1條
薑2片
葱2條
炸魚片半條
魚湯500毫升
水500毫升

做法:
1.
煲水和魚湯。薑切絲,切葱花,炸魚片切半,再切條。
2.
絲瓜刨硬皮,切段再切塊。
3.
水滾,加魚片和薑絲 ,再下絲瓜,蓋上煲6分鐘,撒葱花。

Loofah and fish slice soup

Ingredients:
Loofah 1 piece
Ginger 2 slices
Green onion 2 pieces
Fish slice ½ piece
Fish stock 500ml
Water 500ml

Steps:
1.
Boil water and fish stock. Cut ginger into strip. Shred green onion. Cut fish slice in half, and cut in strip.
2.
Peel the hard skin of loofah, cut in segment, then cut in chunk.
3.
Boiling water. Put in fish slice, ginger and loofah in soup. Cover the lid and cook for 6 minutes. Put in green onion.
