材料:
雞扒600克
蒜頭1個(切薄片)
醃料:
生抽1湯匙
糖2茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法:
雞扒洗淨抹乾
切件
醃約10分鐘
燒熱2湯匙油
下雞件以慢火略煎
蓋上鑊蓋慢火煎焗5分鐘
至兩面呈金黃
再加入蒜片炒香拌勻,完成
Ingredients:
600g boneless chicken thigh meat
1 bulb garlic (peel and slice)
Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch
Steps:
Rinse chicken meat then pat dry.
Cut into pieces.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil.
Add chicken pieces and pan fry over low heat until both sides turn golden brown.
Cover wok and pan fry for 5 minutes.
Add garlic slices and stir well. Done.
