番茄蝦仁炒蛋
材料:
蝦 200克
蛋 4個
番茄 2個
茄汁 2湯匙
醃料 :
鹽 半茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
麻油 少許
調味料 :
水 2湯匙
糖 半茶匙
做法:
1.番茄切件,蛋打勻。
2.蝦加鹽、胡椒粉、生粉、麻油醃數分鐘。
3.放油炒蝦仁至轉色。
4.放入番茄略炒,撈起備用。
5.放油,轉小火炒蛋。
6.蝦仁及番茄回鑊,放入茄汁,糖炒勻即可。
Scrambled Egg with Tomato and Shrimp
Ingredients:
Shrimp 200g
Egg 4 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Seasonings:
Salt ½ tsp
White Pepper 1 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tbsp
Little Sesame Oil
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Steps:
1. Cut tomato into small pieces and beat the egg.
2. Add salt, white pepper, corn starch and sesame oil into the shrimp, then marinate it for few minutes.
3. Add oil and stir-fry shrimp till color changed. Add in tomato and stir fry for awhile. Set aside.
4. Add egg mixture to oiled pan and stir fry with low heat.
5. Put shrimp and tomato back to pan, add in ketchup and sugar, then mix well.
