材料:
五花腩 300克
葱花 適量
指天椒粒 適量
醃料:
腐乳 2件
生粉 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
食用油 1茶匙
做法:
1.五花腩洗淨抹乾,切小件。
2.加入醃料的材料拌勻,醃15分鐘。
3.把五花腩放入碟內,大火隔水蒸25分鐘,盛起,以葱粒及指天椒粒裝飾,即成。
Steamed Pork Belly with Fermented Bean Curd
Ingredients:
300g pork belly
Chopped spring onion
Chopped bird’s eye chili
Marinade:
2 fermented bean curd
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cooking oil
Steps:
1.Wash the pork belly and wipe dry. Cut into small pieces.
2.Add all marinade, mix well with pork belly and marinate for 15 minutes.
3.Place the pork belly onto the plate. On high heat, steam the pork belly over water for 25 minutes. Dish up and garnish with chopped spring onion and bird’s eye chili. Ready to serve.
