做法:

杞子浸水,切薑絲。

煲中加入清湯,加少許油,再放薑絲,加鹽和糖,灒紹酒,灼熟菠菜苗,撈起。

杞子加入清湯中煮一煮,加入粟粉芡水埋芡。菠菜苗淋上杞子清湯,上桌前把菠菜剪一半方便食用。
