Seasoning:100mllightsoysauce,40gcornflour,1/3tspchickenpowder,1/3tspsalt
Method:
1.Deepfryvermicelliinboilingoiloverlowheat,takeoutanddrain.Combinemilk,cornflour,seasoningandeggwhite,stirwell.
2.Heatthewok,pourintheoil,whentheoilbecomeswarm,pourinhalfportionofmilkmixture,stirwell,takeout.
3.Stirfryanotherhalfportionofmilkmixturewithcrabmeattilldone,thenputthestir-friedmilkmixturebacktothewok,stirwell,takeoutandplaceontopofvermicelli,sprinkleinmincedham.Serve.
