Stir fried Pea Sprout with Dried Sliver Fish and Sakura Shrimp
Shao xing wine 1 tablespoon
1. Soak pea sprout 30 mins then drain water.
2. Soak dried sliver fish. Shred ginger.
3. Heat the oil, stir fry ginger.
4. Put in dried sliver fish, Sakura shrimp and pea sprout and stir fry until mix well.
5. Finally put in Shao xing wine, sugar and salt, stir fry until mix well.
