三餸一湯|啤酒煮青口 Cooked Mussel with Beer
食譜西菜貝類海鮮炒煮15-30分鐘
2. 燒熱油,炒香蒜頭,加入洋葱,炒至均勻,再加入鹽、黑椒,炒至均勻。
3. 加入啤酒,煮至滾起,再加入青口,蓋上蓋煮5分鐘。
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Shred onion. Mince garlic. Squeeze out lemon juice.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry garlic, put in onion and stir fry until mix well, then put in salt and black pepper and stir fry until mix well.
3. Put in beer and cook until boiled, then put in mussel, cover the lid and cook 5 mins.
4. Put in lemon juice and off the heat, put in butter and mix well.
