三餸一湯|印尼加多加多沙律 Indonesian Gado-Gado Salad
食譜印尼菜涼拌蔬菜雞蛋煮15-30分鐘
1. 薯仔去皮、切片,再浸鹽水;青瓜切片、椰菜切件再浸鹽水。
3. 蛋放入凍水,以小火煮7分鐘,之後去殼、切片。
Indonesian Gado-Gado Salad
1. Peel potato and slice and soak with salt water. Slice cucumber. Cut cabbage into pieces and soak with salt water.
2. Put hot water into Gado-Gado sauce with few times then mix well.
3. Put egg into cold water, then cook 7 mins with low heat, then shell and slice.
4. Put bean sprouts into boiling water and cook 1 min then take out.
5. Put potato into hot water and cook 10 mins then take out.
6. Put cabbage into boiling water and cook 3 mins then take out.
7. Put Gado-Gado sauce into mixed vegetables and mix well.
