材料:
牛柳粒 350克
百合 2個
薑片 4片
蒜頭 5粒(切片)
醃料:
生抽 2茶匙
生粉 1/4茶匙
調味料:
糖 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎 1/4茶匙
做法:
1. 牛柳粒洗淨,以醃料略醃。
2. 百合逐瓣拆開,洗淨,備用。
3. 燒熱3湯匙油,中火爆香薑片後取出。
4. 再下蒜片及牛柳粒略炒。
5. 下黑胡椒碎及百合炒匀。下糖,炒至牛柳粒熟透。
Black Pepper Beef Cubes with Lily Bulb
Ingredients:
350g beef cubes
2 lily bulbs
4 slices ginger
5 cloves garlic (sliced)
Marinades:
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp corn starch
Seasonings:
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Step:
1. Rinse beef cubes, marinate with marinade.
2. Separate petals of lily bulbs, rinse and set aside.
3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Stir fry ginger over medium heat until fragrant and remove.
4.Add garlic slices and beef cubes. Stir fry briefly.
5.Add ground black pepper and lily bulb, stir well. Add sugar. Stir until beef cubes are done.
