1. Shred garlic. Mix ingredients of sauce. Take out the hard stem of asparagus and cut the base of asparagus.
2. Roll asparagus with pork belly. Season it with black pepper and salt. Heat the oil, pan fry asparagus roll until change colour.
3. Put in garlic and sauce. Then put in 2 Tablespoons of water. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Cut asparagus roll in pieces. Put the rolls together with skewers.
