牛肉碎 100克

做法:
1.
洋葱切粒,蛋加鹽打勻。
2.
牛肉碎加豉油、糖、胡椒粉撈勻。
3.
爆香蒜茸,下洋葱炒香。
4.
下牛肉碎炒香,下蛋炒至八成熟完成。
Scrambled Egg with Onion and Beef
Ingredients:
Onions ¼ pc
Minced Beef 100 g
Egg 3 pcs
Little Minced Garlic
Seasonings:
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Some Salt
Some Sugar
Some White Pepper
Steps:
1. Dice onions. Add salt into the egg and whisk.
2. Add in soy sauce, sugar and white pepper into minced beef, then mix well.
3. Sauté minced garlics and stir-fry onions until fragrant.
4. Add in minced beef and stir-fry. Add in egg and stir-fry till 80% cooked. Done.
